Nora Simko, M.S., CCC-SLP

Meet Nora, Our Founder

Nora is a licensed Texas speech-language pathologist (SLP) with over 20 years of experience and ASHA certification. She specializes in supporting children ages 12 months through 18 years with autism, language disorders, phonological impairments, ADHD, executive function, and literacy challenges. She has spent much of her career guiding toddlers and preschoolers as they build early speech and language skills through play based interactions. Nora finds ways to turn everyday play into opportunities for communication and loves helping parents build their child’s language skills through play.

A Therapist’s Expertise, A Parent’s Understanding

Nora’s experience as both a speech-language pathologist and a parent of a child with ADHD led her to specialize in executive functioning. She brings a unique perspective that blends professional expertise with real-life understanding.

She is especially passionate about supporting the relationships that can be impacted by executive function challenges. Nora works closely with children and their parents or caregivers to build awareness, strengthen connection, and develop practical, supportive responses.
